The Sonos Bridge makes setting up your wireless Sonos system wonderfully fast…and easy.
Just connect a Bridge 100 to your router to instantly activate SonosNet, our secure wireless mesh network
Now all your ZonePlayers and Controllers will work wirelessly and can be placed anywhere in your house
Although the ZoneBridge doesn’t play music like the ZonePlayer, it’s incredibly cost effective when it comes to extending the range of your Sonos system and expanding the Controller’s wireless coverage
Plus, it’s great for connecting other products to the Internet
Of course if your house is already wired for the Internet or your router is in the same room where you want music, then you can just skip the ZoneBridge and head straight to ZonePlayers
Quick, easy install of an all-wireless Sonos system
Instant wireless setup: The Bridge makes it easier to get started with Sonos. Just connect a Bridge to your router using a standard Ethernet cable. Then, a simple button press will start SonosNet™, a secure AES encrypted, peer-to-peer wireless mesh network that enables other Sonos products to control and play music wirelessly.
System flexibility: ZoneBridge provides flexibility to place your ZonePlayers in any room of the house and connect them all wirelessly.
Automatic set up: Install a new Bridge with one button-press. Note: The ZoneBridge requires software version 2.5 or higher.
Wireless bridge to extend SonosNet, the Sonos wireless mesh network
Easy Internet connectivity for other products in the house: SonosNet can stream any data in between its nodes. A ZoneBridge has two Ethernet jacks on the back to bring standard Internet connectivity to your set-top box, PVR, PC, Game Console or NAS drive.
Extend the range of the Sonos system: Stream music wirelessly to a remote location by placing a ZoneBridge in between a ZonePlayer in a remote location and the rest of the Sonos system.
Expand the wireless reach of the Controller: Improve Controller access to SonosNet by placing a ZoneBridge in areas where wireless coverage needs a boost. Ideal for retrofits, where all ZonePlayers might be in one location instead of being placed throughout the home.
Automatic software updates: Sonos keeps getting better
Automatic access to new features and music services: Once the Sonos system has been registered, Sonos will automatically notify you when software updates are available. Simply press one button to update your system.
