Collect from Branches in Carlisle and Newcastle

How does it work? Simply browse our online shop and add it to the basket in the usual way.

Proceed to checkout and select the "RESERVE & COLLECT" option.

We will take your name, address, email and phone number. We won't take payment at this stage.

We will then email you when your items are ready for collection. This email will also tell you which local branch to collect it from.

Goods cannot be collected until we have confirmed that the goods are in stock and ready to collect.

The stock confirmation email is additional to the normal purchase receipt email that everyone receives. We will endeavour to respond the same day. Stock items will normally be available to collect same day.

When you collect your purchase in store, we will also take full payment at the same time.

If you wish to take advantage of our credit facilities, we will complete your application in store. Most applications take only a few minutes but occasionally this can take longer and may not be completed on the day. Finance is as ever, subject to status.

Goods may only be reserved for a maximum period of 5 days. If we haven't heard from you after this period, we will assume you wish to cancel the reservation.

Store opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm. For loading purposes (and to save car parking charges) you may park in front of our stores.
